The Unified Development Code (UDC) has been created to provide for comprehensive land development in the City of Keller.  Each of the following sections describes one of the basic processes and requirements involved in land development:

UDC UPDATE APPROVED

On July 7, 2015, City Council approved the new Unified Development Code (UDC) 

  • July 5, 2016 - Amended Sign Regulations, Landscaping Requirements, Signage in Old Town Keller (OTK), Signage in Town Center (TC) (Ordinance No. 1799)
  • August 16, 2016 - Amended Development Standards and Office Uses in OTK (Old Town Keller) (Ordinance No. 1805)
  • September 6, 2016 - Amended Zoning Districts and Added New Development Standards for Assisted Living Facilities in Residential Districts (Ordinance No. 1809)
  • October 18, 2016 - Amended Tree Preservation Requirements (Ordinance No. 1818)
  • January 17, 2017 - Amended Definitions and Use Charts for Auto Repair Uses (Ordinance No. 1828)
