Interested in learning more about the feasibility of consolidating the Keller and Westlake fire departments, and sharing your thoughts? The communities of Keller and Westlake invite you to join us for two public meetings in the weeks ahead.
The Town of Westlake will host the first meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 30 at the Westlake Fire-EMS Station, 2000 Dove Road. The City of Keller will host the second at 6 p.m. Monday, July 12 at Keller Town Hall, 1100 Bear Creek Parkway. Both are open to the public, so residents are invited to attend either (or both) of the sessions.
Representatives from each fire department as well as consultant Robert Finn of the Matrix Consulting Group will attend to provide a brief presentation on the feasibility study process. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback. Westlake’s session will additionally offer a guided tour of the station for those interested.
