Impervious Surfaces

All residential permit applicants that propose adding any type of improvement (New Home, Additions, Accessory Buildings, Pools, etc.) must add to their site plan the individual square footage for all impervious surfaces. The footprint of the main structure, pools, pool decks, additions, accessory buildings, driveways, parking, walkways and any other flat work must be accounted for.

Impervious: Not allowing entrance or passage. Often referring to a surface that will not allow rain water to pass through.

Checklists

All items named on the appropriate checklist must be included at the time of submission in order to be considered for review.

*Please note that the City of Keller no longer accepts paper applications. The permits linked below are included for reference only.*

Septic Systems

Septic systems may only be approved when city sewer is unavailable. An approved permit from the Tarrant County Health Department must be included at the time of submission.
