Effective June 17, 2024, the City of Keller has transitioned to a new permitting and inspections software system, Enterprise Permitting & Licensing. As part of our commitment to providing you with the best possible service and streamlining our processes, the transition eliminates paper applications in favor of fully digitized processes for permitting and plan review, contractor registrations, payments, and code case reporting.

Our operating hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, closed Fridays. If you are in need of a Friday inspection, please submit your request by 12 p.m. Thursday.
