The Regional Animal Services department is dedicated to helping protect the health, safety and welfare of both people and animals in the communities of Keller, Colleyville, Roanoke, Southlake and Westlake.

We provide assistance to more than 90,000 citizens across roughly 60 square miles with a wide variety of animal-related issues, including:

   • Animal impoundments and adoptions
   • Responding to stray animal or barking dog complaints
   • Investigating dangerous animals and animal bites
   • Catching loose livestock
   • Trapping nuisance wildlife
   • Removing animal carcasses
   • Enforcing city animal ordinances
