Construction activity in both residential and nonresidential districts, excluding inside work done in an enclosed building in nonresidential districts, is prohibited other than between the hours of: 

Monday-Friday: 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Saturday & Sunday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

These rules apply except in the case of urgent necessity and in the interest of public safety, for which a permit must be obtained.

Loading areas adjacent to residential development or zoning districts are also subject to restrictions. Loading and unloading may only take place between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. daily.
