Area residents are invited to a public information meeting later this month to review the latest designs for upcoming improvements to Mt. Gilead Road between Hwy. 377 and Bourland Road.
City Council recently approved a change in project scope based on resident feedback gathered during the October 2023 public input meeting and subsequent small-group and one-on-one discussions with area property owners. Plans for the project include widening and reconstructing the road, complete with curb-and-gutter drainage, new water and sewer lines, streetlights and pedestrian amenities. Work may also include improvements to the Mt. Gilead/Bourland intersection, transitioning it from a four-way stop to a single-lane roundabout.
Join us at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 21 at Keller Town Hall, 1100 Bear Creek Pkwy., to learn the latest. Can’t make it in person? The presentation will be broadcast live, recorded and archived on the city website and YouTube channel.
A quorum of the Keller City Council may be present.
