Old Town Keller
Old Town Keller is the historical shopping district of Keller. Running between the intersections of Hwy 377 and FM 1709 on the north and Hwy 377 and North Tarrant Pkwy on the south, Old Town Keller provides a charming, small-town shopping and dining atmosphere.
Recently, the City has created a multi-phase plan to reintegrate Old Town Keller into Keller's commercial markets, while preserving the area's unique character. The Old Town Keller Revitalization Plan is currently on its second phase. The links below provide more information on the different phases of the Plan.
Unified Development Code (UDC): The UDC was created to provide comprehensive land development in the City of Keller. Each section of the UDC describes one of the basic processes and requirements involved in land development. For Old Town Keller requirements, please refer to Article 8, Pages 98-115.
Old Town Keller Merchants Association: The Old Town Keller Merchants Association is an association of businesses within the historic original town site of Keller.
