  • All developed residential lots are allowed to have one yard sign, maximum 8 square feet in size, without a permit. 

     

  • Neighborhood Event Signs are allowed with a permit.
    • The maximum size allowed is twenty-four square feet (24’) in size, and one sign per subdivision entrance is allowed for a period of seven (7) consecutive days.
    • All signs must be removed within twenty-four (24) hours after the event.
    • This type of permit is only allowed twice per calendar year.

       

  • Temporary Signage for a Business
    • Each business is allowed one banner on the building for seven days each, four times per calendar year, with a permit.
    • A business may apply for a one-time, 30-day Grand Opening Signage Permit within the first 180 days (six months) from the date the business receives a Certificate of Occupancy.

       

  • Residential Construction and Development Signs
    • Two signs are allowed with a permit for each until the homes are 80% sold or apartments rented.
    • The maximum size allowed for each is 32 square feet in size and 8 feet tall.

       

  • Commercial Construction and Development Signs
    • One double-sided sign is allowed with a permit until the Certificate of Occupancy has been issued for the development. The sign may only be allowed on the undeveloped property or on the property being developed.
    • The maximum size allowed for each is 32 square feet in size and 8 feet tall.
