Effective June 17, 2024, the City of Keller has transitioned to a new permitting and inspections software system, Enterprise Permitting & Licensing. As part of our commitment to providing you with the best possible service and streamlining our processes, the transition eliminates paper applications in favor of fully digitized processes for permitting and plan review, contractor registrations, payments, and code case reporting.

To schedule an inspection, the permit must be approved, issued and all fees paid.

Inspection requests or cancellations must be received prior to 7 a.m. on the date of the requested inspection Monday through Thursday.

Keller Town Hall is closed on Fridays. However, Building Services DOES OFFER FRIDAY INSPECTIONS. In order to receive an inspection on a Friday, your request must be received by 12 p.m. Thursday.

Canceling an inspection after 7 a.m. Monday through Thursday shall be called to a department representative at 817-743-4110 no later than 8:30 a.m. (do not leave a message on voicemail). To cancel a Friday inspection, please email buildingservices@cityofkeller.com no later than 8:30 a.m.

SCHEDULE ETRAKIT INSPECTION

In order to accommodate our homeowners, scheduled inspections for home-occupied repairs and unit replacements (i.e., water heater change outs, gas line repairs, HVAC replacements, etc.) will be performed between the hours of 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. on the day the inspection is scheduled. This policy does not apply to new construction projects, addition/alteration projects or miscellaneous-type permits.
