	Section 2: Planning and Engineering Fees This section includes fees pertaining to inspections, water service taps, sewer service taps, sanitary sewer cameras, developments, plats, park land dedications, etc.

	Section 3: Facility Rental Fees This section includes fees pertaining to field rentals, stage rentals and picnic facilities.

	Section 4: Sports Fees This section includes fees pertaining to basketball leagues and softball leagues.

	Section 5: Facility Use Fees This section includes fees pertaining to library meeting room use, library memberships, library microfilm/fiche and flash drives, library copy machines and library fines.

	Section 6: Animal Control This section includes fees pertaining to adoptions, microchip implantings, surrenders, dead animal removals, animal licenses, quarantines and impoundments.

	Section 7: Public Safety Fees This section includes fees pertaining to accident and incident reports, burglar alarms, police and court copies, finger printings, solicitors licenses, emergency medical services, fire construction permits, and fire apparatuses.

	Section 8: Water and Sanitary Sewer Fees This section includes fees pertaining to customer deposits, late utility payments, damaged/broken locks, meter testings, water reconnects, account activation, account transfers, damaged meters, etc.

	Section 9: Finance Fees This section includes fees pertaining to the storage of auction items.

	Section 10: Utility Billing Rates This section includes fees pertaining to utility billing rates.
