The Friends of the Keller Library is a registered, nonprofit organization with more than one hundred and fifty individual and group volunteer members. Their mission is to support the Keller Public Library in its effort to provide access to information for lifelong learning. The Friends organization is independent of the City of Keller.

The Friends Bookstore, located at 640-B Johnson Road (shares a parking lot with the library), is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.  The bookstore will accept used book donations, which can be dropped off directly to the bookstore during their business hours.

The Friends gather monthly at 6pm on the third Thursday of the month at the bookstore to share fellowship and make plans for how they can support the library.  Meetings are open to the public.
