First: Complete both copies (front and back) of the registration form on the right. Keep the top copy in a safe place where you can easily get to it in a case of an emergency. Using a pair of scissors, cut off the bottom copy and mail to or drop off at the Keller Police Department, 330 Rufe Snow Drive, Keller, Texas 76248.

Second: Place the registration sticker on the bicycle frame below the seat facing toward the handlebars or on the middle of the handlebars facing up. The sticker should be placed where it can be readily easily seen, thus creating a deterrent effect.

Third: In the event of bicycle loss, contact the police department to file a report. Have your copy of the registration form available. If you are unable to find your copy, the police department will look up your registration and get the brand name, model and serial number off our copy. A police report will be filed and your bicycle will be entered into the national computer data base as a stolen bicycle.
