In addition to SROs stationed at the public intermediate, middle and high school campuses within Keller's city limits, our school children in both Keller and Westlake benefit from Keller PD's Campus Patrol Program.

Originally developed in the wake of the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, and expanded following the 2022 shooting in Uvalde, the program has officers patrolling Keller ISD elementary campuses daily in an effort to heighten police presence, strengthen relationships between officers and campus communities, and further familiarize officers with campus layouts so that they can be more effective in the event of an emergency. This includes Hidden Lakes, Keller-Harvel, Ridgeview, Shady Grove and Willis Lane elementary schools.

Patrols occur randomly each day at campuses, with officers leaving their marked cars out front while they perform foot patrols both inside and outside the buildings.

In addition to Keller ISD elementary schools, officers are regularly patrolling St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic School, Messiah Lutheran Classical Academy, Great Hearts Prairie View and Westlake Academy (which is also served by Westlake's Town Marshal/SRO).
